  • Co-Creation Workshops

    Expert led discussion, ideation and brainstorming, our co-creation workshops shine the light on new ideas, opportunities and ways or thinking. The ultimate goal is to crystallise our understanding of how your business creates value and how this is communicated.

  • Ideal Customer Mapping

    Before you sell anything, you first have to understand who you're selling to. By looking for the clients where you have delivered the most impact (and at a high margin) we develop a better understanding of the clients you are best placed to help in the future. This exercise will be done on a company and individual level.

  • Competitor Analysis

    All propositions need to be customer focused so competitor analysis will be used as more of a sense check. We'll review your top competitor's websites, marketing activity, proposition, products & services and social media presence to ensure your proposition is distinctive and wont get lost in the competitive noise.

  • Capabilities Audit

    An essential step in establishing the intangible value your firm creates. Structure, process, and methodology are all meaningless unless you can clearly articulate how your business creates value. A capabilities audit is the first and arguably most important step in this journey.

  • Message Development

    We'll work with you to translate the insights from the customer, competitor, and capabilities research into a compelling message that can be rolled out across all sales and marketing channels. We'll also help with testing to prototype different messaging options.

  • Implementation

    To ensure the successful implementation of all of our strategic projects we use the Cascade Strategy Execution Platform. This helps keep everyone on track and means our clients see faster results.
